just visit the "spezialradmesse" in germersheim on april 26/27 and get yourself picked up by a riksha at the train station

In Berlin/Germany there's a Riksha-Service in the city-centre. They have some newly designed ones which should also be invented in some other cities. I think I heard Milan/Italy was interested in them. Try www.berlin.de, perhaps you'll find some info there.
